April 13, 2013 Jeff Daniel's Off Road Ride @Rausch Creek

Guys, I have been wheeling for many years. I tend to go with small groups. The guys from JD's host 4 trips per year to RC, and its a great time. The gang from JD's is great and always lends a hand. Let me just say they have come to my rescue a few times. I go on most of their trips becuase its a laid back group, and very family friendly.

Jeff Daniel’s Jeeps will be hosting an off road ride at Rausch Creek Off-Road Park in Joeiltt, PA. This ride is geared toward all levels of off-road experience and every Jeep or SUV from stock to modified. Any and all types of Jeeps and SUV's are invited (Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Wrangler, CJ’s, FJ's, Land Rovers, etc). Prior off-pavement experience is not necessary! This organized ride will includes a trained tour guide to help you maneuver through the many obstacles that Rausch Creek offers.

Lance, thanks for posting this meetup. I had a great time before having to leave early. I hope the second half of the day was as good as the first.

This is during the day on Saturday. The gang from JD's just organizes a day out. The real advantage is going with them specifically. If you run into ANY trouble, they being jeep mechanics just come to the rescue. I can say that I have been saved by this crew more than once. Everyone from first timers to over the top, is welcome. They run 3-5 groups depending on everyone's skill level. Go to http://www.jeffdanielsjeeps.com/jd/ and fill out the form, and just in case you see this after the deadline... call their shop. I have never heard of anyone being turned down. Trust me when i say.. this is a great group to go run your jeep with...also one hell of a shop... I got my lift installed there.

Regretfully, I will be working a yard sale for the Cecil County Relay for Life event coming on May 30th in Elkton on the date of this run. Of course, you're all welcome to come down and visit. Would love to talk Jeep and get some coaching on how to do a reasonable lift (about 3" total.)
