We started this group to invite those over the age of 50 to experience one of the fastest growing sports among Active Adults. Pickle Ball is played on a smaller version of a tennis court and is a cross between tennis, badminton and ping pong. Its competitive and requires less running so its easier on your legs and knees. Its lots of fun and very social. It is also played outdoors. It is our hope to get some members to enjoy this fun sport and meet sometime after the holidays when the weather gets a bit warmer. We will meet at a 50 & better community called Baileys Glen in Cornelius that will allow us to use their Pickleball court.
