Facilitated by Lindsay Kearns, goddess of preserving, pickling and fermenting. Lindsay brings equipment, ingredients, supplies, handouts, and sample fermented vegetables. In this 2-hour workshop, participants learn to make Kimchi and take home a sample in a reusable jar. $30 each (we need at least 12 participants). Please RSVP "yes" to get updates.
