BIKE RIDE: BLACK HAMMOCK TRAIL

Meet with our host Bill for an adventurous ride beginning at the Black Hammock Trail Head in Oviedo. The trailhead is located Southwest of the SR 417 & SR 434 junction. We’ll ride the Cross Seminole Trail east, and then work our way north to the Black Hammock Fish Camp on the southern shore of Lake Jessup. After visiting the live alligators on display, we’ll head southeast to the Oviedo Town Center, and then travel west on the Cross Seminole Trail back to the starting point. Maps will be provided via email upon request. Total distance is about 13 miles and our average speed will be 10-12 mph. Bike helmets are recommended.

Would it be o.k. to bring my 12 year old daughter? She would love the alligators.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
