“56 Up” is the latest in the series of films that Michael Apted has made about the lives of the same group of people, with a new installment of the series coming out every seven years. It is the only documentary series of its kind ever made, and it is a unique opportunity to meet the creative talent behind the series and discuss with him his most renowned work.
Arena Cinema, located in the heart of Hollywood on Las Palmas Street just south of Hollywood Boulevard, is Hollywood’s newest venue dedicated to the exhibition of the best in independent films.
“56 Up,” which will screen February 15 through February 21 at the Arena Cinema in Hollywood.
Michael Apted will appear there in person to answer questions from the audience about the film between the screenings at 5:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, February 16 (at roughly 7:30 p.m.)
