I just started running the past year and really only in training for a Sprint Triathlon I completed this past summer. But I'd like to continue to improve my stamina and times so the best way to do that is to get out there more often, right? I usually run about 2 miles at a time, but can go as far as 4. I've done a few 5ks, but am ready to do them more regularly, especially before the winter weather forces me to run inside!
Socialize with new people, improve my running skills and have fun!
I love swimming, which actually had initially jump started my interest in Triathlons. I also dance and zumba, when possible. My exercise philosophy is that I just trying to keep moving more days than not.
