I started early this year and did two 5Ks in the Spring. But I've only run sporadically since, and want to become more consistent. I have some upcoming events I want to prepare for.
I'd love to find some other runners who are at my level. Nothing intimidating - just newer runners.
I like to hike and I walk regularly. I used to practice yoga, but have gotten out of it.
