Tell us about your running. When did you start? How often do you run? How far?

Starting about a year ago, I run 4 -6 times per week usually distance from 3 to 10 miles per run.

What are your goals with regards to running and this group?

I run for enjoyment, yet I love challenging myself. I would like to meet and run with other supportive, like minded runners.

What other sports/activities are you involved in?

Hiking, fly fishing, kayaking, mountain biking
