Tell us about your running. When did you start? How often do you run? How far?

I started in 2011, I try to run about 4 or 5 times a week but usually only get 2 to 3 in because of work and the kids. Right now I only run on a treadmill but would like to get outdoors more.

What are your goals with regards to running and this group?

Would like to start off with simply being able to run a 5K with out slowing and walking some of it.

What other sports/activities are you involved in?

I practice MMA twice a week.
