I started in 2011, I try to run about 4 or 5 times a week but usually only get 2 to 3 in because of work and the kids. Right now I only run on a treadmill but would like to get outdoors more.
Would like to start off with simply being able to run a 5K with out slowing and walking some of it.
I practice MMA twice a week.

Recently started running and love it, but still need lots of work to try and do my first Tri!
