Hi I am new in this, so I will try to do my best.:))) looking forward to meet you..

Tell us about your running. When did you start? How often do you run? How far?

Im on couch for 5 K "on my Ipod and my friend Bill sent me invetation to join our groop

What are your goals with regards to running and this group?

to finish 5 K at first then? i want to do more and more:)))all

What other sports/activities are you involved in?

all outdoors,hiking biking ,

Anything else you want us to know?

I did have a double knee surgery two year ago so Ive been only hiking ,but I think and feel I can run again now.

Hey Lenka - We'd traded messages about weekday hikes; I didn't think of it when we met at the Dim Sum hike yesteraday! In any event, I work alternating Fridays/Saturdays, so if you want to hike some Friday after 2/1 let me know.
