I started running about twenty years ago, and ordinarily I try to run four or five days a week at two to three miles at a time
I would like to just be able to get back up to five or six miles per run regularly, and maybe do some long road races, even a marathon (this last in the next couple of years)
I am just part of reading clubs and writing clubs, and I am trying to join a tennis club in South NJ
