Hey there ... I'm Mark and I've just gotten back into running after a 20 year hiatus. Kinda nice to get the old sneakers back on after all this time.
I re-started about 2 weeks ago. Primarily run at 5am around my neighborhood. I start off with a 1 mile warmup and then pick a 2,3,5 or 7 mile route to finish up. I'm slow though .. takes time.
I'm trying to get back to my previous days of invincibility
Karate, Swimming, Cub Scouts
Really REALLY hope I do not fall off the wagon and go wobbly.
