-A drawing of breath and spirit into our individual bodies and our collective soul. This series of occasional workshops in Baltimore & Bethesda MD will offer a chance to dive deeper into the practice of the 5Rhythms.
4: Body of Light:
As we enter and re-enter the Wave of 5Rhythms this afternoon, we shall focus particularly on the Rhythm of LYRICAL. When we have disappeared into our dance we find ourselves truly free -free to be different, to shift, to change, -and free also to surrender and unify with others as a string quartet unifies with a composer's score. Much of this achievement arises from the earlier Rhythms but it is nevertheless something we can practice. Our explorations will touch on the place of this Rhythm in our lives as well as how we can more deeply embody it in movement.
