Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms® of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness form ‘The Wave’, a simple movement meditation practice that encourages us to find our own dance of embodied feeling and to discover ourselves at our most fluid and creative level, bringing more of ourselves –body, heart, mind & soul- into movement, on the dance floor & out in the world. There are no steps to learn and it can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, fitness, ability, or experience.
Please note that this event is promoted in various forms and is not a pure Meetup event. The number of attendees indicated on Meetup is only a fraction of the total attendance.

Parking. There is unlimited FREE parking east of St Paul Street and on St Paul St south of 31st Street.(Pay parking in the immediate vicinity is limited to 2 hours and there is no parking in the lane behind the Meeting House ($200 fine).
