Dance the 5Rhythms with Ginny Farman

Someone just asked me "how many people usually attend these dances? i only ever see 1 or 2 on meetup...are there others?"  Incase anyone else is wondering this, yes, you're in good company on our dancefloor, there are usually around 20 people who come and dance each Wednesday evening on the dancefloor of St.Nicholas Church, sometimes nearer 15, sometimes nearer 30. This isn't reflected in this Meetup group, as here it looks like two or three people actually plan to attend a class. Seems like the 'Love Thy' folk are busy on the dancefloor but not so busy on Meetup, but please don't let that put you off clicking us here on Meetup!

5Rhythms is a great way to connect with ourselves and with others, to stretch into our own body and our own creativity. 5 Rhythms is a practice that anyone can engage in – whatever your size, shape, age or level of fitness. No previous dance experience is required. All you need is willingness, curiosity, and a desire to move and be moved. This is a regular weekly class, everyone is welcome. No need to book, just come along.

Ginny Farman and Sarah Davies teach the class half the month each. They are both fully accredited 5 Rhythms teachers, apprenticed to Gabrielle Roth.

If you want to know more about 5Rhythms, check out the 'Pages' area here, there's an explaination and videos. Better still, any Wednesday evening, join us in St.Nicholas Church 8–10pm (make sure you're not too late as we close the door by 8.30pm).

Cost £10 / concessions £8
