Since you asked, what week day would you like to hike and I'll schedule it! My weekends are all filled up with spiritual practice, with my teachers through August 10th. They travel around the world so when they're here I spend my time with them. I know you understand!

I'm happy that you've joined hiking meditation. Our hikes have been wonderful and even meaningful; made so by the beauty of place the great people who come and our intention to be mindful together.
