I started out a year ago barely able to run across the park. Now I regularly do 10k runs. I even completed a half marathon a few weeks ago.
I am following a work out program of exrcises I do every morning! In addition, I have several programs I am trying out. I am really enthusiastic about cross training, callisthetics, HIIT and running.
The question I have is what are your priorities? Different sports outcomes demand different regimes and foods. I still believe that eating should be enjoyable and not about starving one's self.

Welcome Lauri! If you're looking for a regular game then start a thread on the forums. If you're interested in GMing for a regular group (sometimes its the only way to get a group together) but lack the resources, we now have 'GM Kits' available for members.
