Ford Theater New Usher Training 9 Sept

(I received this and wanted to pass it to all of us. I have been an usher there for many years.)

Please join us on Monday, September 9th from 6:00pm – 7:30pm to orient yourselves with Ford’s Theatre.

This orientation is designed for volunteers who joined Ford’s Theatre as ushers this past season, or are joining us for the first time for the 2013/2014 season. This is not a mandatory orientation but has proven to be helpful to new ushers. Returning ushers are welcome to join if you wish, but it is not necessary!

Please RSVP to [masked] by Thursday, September 5th

Joan, I suggest getting the schedule from Ford's Theater, pick a performance and see who will join you. Works best taht way.

Once training is done we can see who is able to attend. We can do both.

I contacted Ford's Theater about ushering. They want to know when I plan to usher. Do you want us to usher as a group, or can we simply choose dates we want to usher individually?

My Bowling League begins 9 Sept. There may be a (hidden) advantage to missing the first game so ...I will say, "Yes", to the orientation training at this time. My teammates may forgive me.
