Introduction

H'ray!! Out of the old non-functioning meet-up and into the new! I have varied but distinct interests, and preference for events that provide opportunities for conversation and/or interaction. Am not very interested in sports or restaurants.

Please list a few of the activities you would like to do.

Potlucks; easy walks; visits to museums -- MIT museum wd. be fun! Lectures, readings of plays, inexpensive or free events -- theatre or films. Live music. Trips to Harbor Islands. Etc. Really, if the time is right I am quite open.

Hi Sarah. Thanks for writing.
I haven't yet gone much of anywhere except the lake I live on (in Hopkinton) with the kayak.
In fact last weekend I cheated and joined a meetup group of kayak owners who came right here!
I met them barefoot after making almost no effort.

but anything is possible.

I'm also somewhat of a beginner at bicycling (haven't got the best gear or the budget for it).
But I rode 3 times today,and reached 30 miles last Sunday.

I'm glad you also aren't into sports.

That resonates with me too. I have also been hope to stir up interest in a movie and discussion get-together. So far there has not been much enthusiasm. I am not someone who is interested in coffee klatsch get-togethers.
