New year new stories
Needs a date
Set goals, writing practice, discuss competition calendar, get to know each other as there are a lot of new members like me. Exchange what routines everyone has when it comes to writing. Benchmark completion status on current drafts etc., then set plans for finishing and revising your works.

We have not met since our leader, Stephanie, has been very busy (and out of Chicago, I think). It would be great to meet and throw around new ideas for the group. Time for me would be after 6pm. Location would be Barrington, Palatine, or Rolling Meadows area. The group scheduled a meeting at the Palatine Library just off rt14 once....

It would be nice if the group picked the a central location that met on a regular schedule. It's kind of confusing letting members pick different locations and dates all the time. I picked the library in Lake Zurich as just a suggestion but feel free to change it if you don't care for that location.

The Ela Public Library works for me as the location but I really do need to know what date the meeting is going to be held two weeks in advance so that I can tell work. Thank you!
