Hello. I am joining hoping to give my stalled writing a much needed jumpstart.

No.

Which do you enjoy more, fiction or non-fiction?

Fiction.

What is your favorite genre?

Good Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Unfortunately the genre is stagnant right now.

What is your favorite book?

The Shadow of the Wind is my current favorite, though my all-time favorite remains The Lord of the Rings.
