We Train in a Boot Camp style environment. We Train for Obstacle Course such as Cross Fit Challenge, Tough Mudders , U.S. Army, etc. We train both Indoors & Outdoors.

We train at locations in Dublin / Pleasanton & Danville.

Our Trainers are ALL Both Ex-Military  Instructors & Nationally Certified Fitness Professionals.  
 We Train :

•  Water Aerobics and Water Endurance Training
