Core Speed: You won't waste a second in this sweat-dripping, core-focused 25-minute workout. You'll be sweating, burning fat, and shredding your core in record time.
Core Attack: The first home-based Mixed Martial Arts inspired workout. Every Martial Arts expert knows that strength and power generate from the core. This workout uses the very best isolation exercises to give you the ultimate core strength. You will need a yoga mat for this workout.

As always: This is a totally FREE and FUN workout for everyone! Again, all guests are FREE so bring family & friends along!

We will start the workout at 7:45pm - so we ask that you please arrive by 7:35 to allow time to register so that we may start on time and so we can get to know each other before we start!! :)
