Focus T25! Free group workout! Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in

Tuesday, July 16th, 2013:  718 Fit Club Presents Shaun T the creator and trainer of Insanity's newest Fitness Program Focus T25 AND Les Mills Combat.  Summer is here so our main focus this week is your core.

Workout #1:

Core Speed: You won't waste a second in this sweat-dripping, core-focused 25-minute workout.  You'll be sweating, burning fat, and shredding your core in record time.

Workout #2:

Core Attack:  The first home-based Mixed Martial Arts inspired workout. Every Martial Arts expert knows that strength and power generate from the core.  This workout uses the very best isolation exercises to give you the ultimate core strength.  You will need a yoga mat for this workout.

NO EXCUSES in 2013! Come & join us at our Staten Island location for our weekly workout!

As always: This is a totally FREE and FUN workout for everyone! Again, all guests are FREE so bring family & friends along!

What do YOU bring?
- Towel
- Water bottle because you ARE going to NEED it!! :)

We will start the workout at 7:45pm - so we ask that you please arrive by 7:35 to allow time to register so that we may start on time and so we can get to know each other before we start!! :)

(Please Note: There will be a $5 fee assessed for any attending Team COACHES and $10.00 for non-team coaches)

    i will definitely be there this week, but i dont have a yoga mat. what can i use instead that wont slide all over the floor and kill me ? lol

      Lol you will want a yoga mat for the floor exercises. The mats that Zion has is not really for our use, so I do not want to suggest them. If you can, try to pick up a mat tonight. To max or 5 below have them.
