In this class we are going to work the back and the core. No jumping or plyometrics, no cardio, but a great workout to help you build strength focusing on your back and core. Please bring a yoga mat and if you have stretch bands. If not, you can use your own resistance.

We will start the workout at 7:45pm - so we ask that you please arrive by 7:35 to allow time to register so that we may start on time and so we can get to know each other before we start!! :)
