Yea? The room sounds about the same size as ours. I dont think its anywhere near 175 dollars though. I dont know how they secide what to charge, but some functions pay 45, some 50, some 100. Haven't seen anything over 100. I will inquire tomorrow at work and get back to you. We have a second meeting room upstairs that is smaller but has a tv that might have a hookup that allows a laptop to be connected. If it's reasonable would you be interested for future meetups here?

No, you don't have to eat food from the hotel. We don't have a restaurant or anything, just a little suite shop that sells various snacks like chips, sodas, candy, frozen cheeseburgers, etc. and bath products and the like. But you are allowed outside food and beverages. I'm not sure how much it is off the top of my head, I just set the rooms up for whatever function is in there. I can ask the Director of Sales though, she handles all that.
