Psychedelik Funktronika featuring the Hawaiian Delights Crochet Bikini GoGo Dance Fashion Show is pleased to be a part of SOS with a TWIST!


WHAT: Psychedelik Funktronika[masked] at the Annual Spring Open Studios (SOS), Work Space Ltd., Mission District

WHERE: 2150 Folsom Street between 17th and 18th Streets

WHEN: Saturday, April 20, 2010 - 12:00PM to 6:00PM

The rising electronic wave of future psychedelia; an orgy of sound where psy rock, industrial, house, hip hop, j-pop and trance converges! Happening in Studio #7A on Saturday, April 20th.



Approximately 15 artists will display their artwork to the public at Work Space, Ltd. for this Annual Spring Open Studios during the weekend of April 20th to 21st from 12:00PM to 6:00PM. Come and enjoy wonderful art and meet the artists who created this art. Complimentary drinks and snacks will be offered by participating artists!

Along with Work Space Ltd., about 10 other studio buildings in the Mission District, all within comfortable walking distance, will be open this weekend. Whether you are looking for art to enhance your home or business or just browsing, you are more than welcome to stop by.  Make Workspace Ltd. your first stop and pick up a map.


Work Space Ltd. is home to 60 professional artists who have contributed much to the arts in our community, including workshops, teaching and curating. Many are award-winning artists who have displayed, internationally, throughout the United States, including the Bay Area. Their solo and group show records are long and impressive.

The Work Space Ltd. building, a converted vintage industrial building, located at 2150 Folsom Street between 17th and 18th, was once a doll factory. Unique architectural features and skylights add to the atmosphere and enhance the art viewing. There is convenient street parking and easy bus access. The muni 22, 33, 14, 49 and 27 lines are within a few blocks and the 12 Folsom line stops a half a block away. The Bart Station at 16th and Mission is a 7-minute walk away



To enter the live art installation, suggested donation is $10. Get your tickets in the downstairs art gallery on the day of the event. Complimentary drinks and snacks offered in Studio #7A!
