What are Challenge Groups?

Challenge Groups are focused on helping you succeed with daily motivation, accountability, and success assignments. Challenge Groups are online specific, but depending on your location, your coach may be able to workout with you too =). You will be placed in an online group with other people who have the same goals as you, and will receive FREE Coaching during the entire challenge! Joining a Challenge Group is a fun, exciting way to get the constant inspiration and encouragement you need to stay committed and achieve your fastest results.

How do I participate?

Simply ask your assigned Coach at 813 Fit Club about upcoming Challenge Groups. (if you do not have one, we will be happy to assign you with a FREE Coach) Your Coach will inform you of the upcoming Challenge Groups, assist you with a Free Fitness Assessment to help you with your GOALS, and help you get started ASAP.

What do I get when I enter a Challenge?

You will receive a Fitness Program of your choice, Shakeology, Free Trial Club Membership with Meal Planner, and Free Elite Coaching!

What do I get upon completion of the Challenge?

You will receive a FREE Tee, Cash + Prize Giveaways during the challenge, a chance to WIN $500 per day, or the Grand Prize of $100,000 upon completion, and of course the incentive of getting in the BEST shape of your life!

    Is this an actual workout session or just an informative meeting? I'm looking for a regular morning workout group as I work the afternoon shift 2:30PM to 11PM
