Please arrive 15 min. early to sign in. Bring a BIG towel, some water, and alot of your friends! All workouts are FREE to guests. $10 Fee will apply to Coaches only. All fitness levels from Beginners to Elite Athletes are welcome to attend. YOGA MATS RECOMMENDED, BUT NOT REQUIRED!
THE WORKOUT: (This week you get TWO workouts in one) Choose either to stay inside for the T25 Workout, or participate in the Urban Run.
FOCUS T25 Workout - Shaun T's newest program which is about to be released! 25 minutes of non stop Full Body Madness, with some entertainment =)

URBAN ASSAULT RUN - A 2.5 to 4 mile run through the Downtown Tampa and University of Tampa Campus (2 speeds - slow/moderate "9-10 min pace" and moderate/fast "7-8 min pace"), then back to hotel for a Stretch Workout.

T25 STRETCH - Great stretch workout that will get you ready for the next workout!
