Please arrive 15 min. early to sign in. Bring a BIG towel, some water, and alot of your friends!  All workouts are FREE to guests. $10 Fee will apply to Coaches only. All fitness levels from Beginners to Elite Athletes are welcome to attend.

T25  - This 25 minute (no breaks) workout will make you wish that it was only a 5 minute workout =) Get ready to CRUSH your entire body!

    Almost more than I can handle. Personally it's more like a sprint than a long run, which I prefer doing the latter. However, I can understand why some people would rather do T-25 instead of the usual 45-60 min. routines. The Ab Ripper was a struggle for me. I will have to "work up to it."
