This is a very focused, results oriented group for serious job seekers. Kathleen is an excellent facilitator / coach. I have learned some valuable things I might not have otherwise learned. The group is very participation oriented, usually starting with each attendee giving their "elevator pitch". That alone hase been a valuable experience for me, as I had never really condensed my experience and goals into that format before. The group is also intentionally kept small, so that everyone has an opportunity to actively participate, further enhancing their presentation skills and interviewing / networking experience. I am very impressed with both the format and the content, and Kathleen does an excellent job of keeping the discussion focused and content driven.
