Attendance was low because we were not meeting in our usual place, the Patriot's Point Bar & Grill, while it is being renovated by the new ownership. It will be called the Harbor Breeze Restaurant at the Mt. Pleasant Omar Shrine Temple. Senator Chip Campsen did a great job addressing issues of concern and answering members' questions.
