The drizzle didn't dampen our spirit! There was so much thoughtful and passionate discussion amoungst the group. Many got up to the mic to share concerns, fears, frustrations, and many offered solutions. Bob MacGuffie from www.RightPrinciples.com came to network and share his ideas. Also Estelle Stevenson from www.WeThePeopleFoundation.org and http://www...., spoke on importance of the upcoming Continental Congress. Tanya~THE Tanya, organizer of the New Haven Tea Party ([masked] or web site http://www....). Also, Jeff who is organizing the August 15th "MAKING OF AMERICA" event (listed on our calendar) attended. I then was very proud to introduce my father in law Armand Fusco who encouraged all to get involved on a local basis in CITIZEN TAX PAYER AUDITS. We ended the day with two great representatives, Sen. Dan Debicella & Rep Jason Perillo who showed us that WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Thank you all

This event had more intelligent conversations going on at one time than I've seen in my last three years of cocktail parties. People shared their experiences not for the sake of talking about themselves, but to share how those experiences play into living examples of what's still good about America - or what needs serious fixing. The invited guest speakers were articulate, direct, practical and only had an agenda of educating us on the issues WE wanted to discuss, not what they wanted to talk about. I was very pleased with the "calls to action" and expect everyone lucky enough to attend will play an active part in returning the USA to its constitutional roots.

This event was very successful. The attendance was good, especially considering the weather and competing end-of-school year events. The speakers were excellent and a lot of important information was shared.

The picnic was very nice. We made new friends. There were informative speakers and plenty of great food. The day was cloudy and rainy so outside activities were limited. It was a great idea and a good chance for people who are concerned about their government to network and exchange ideas.

I enjoyed attending the picnic. Liked hearing what everyone had to say. The State Reps were very good. Both of them I think are excellent, wish there were many more like them in the state gov.
