It's only 25 minutes long and you'll be glad that's all when you're done!

Bring a towel for the sweat, a big bottle of water and some friends to join you for this great workout! It's $5 for Coaches and free for guests although we would appreciate any donations you would like to give. (All donations go to Holiday Hill Baptist Church to cover the cost of insurance for our Meetup.)
