Endurance Team Training Run - 5 miles (Bridges)

904 Fit Club Endurance Team will be meeting at the Yates YMCA to run our first bridge loop together! 904 Fit Club Organizers, Lynda & Greg Suttles will be leading this run (/ walk for some of you) along with Stacey McCoy and Eric Daily! If it's raining we may cancel this meet up so please check this site BEFORE you head out Saturday morning! You can also text Lynda Suttles @ [masked] anytime.

You gotta work the bridges into your weekly runs when you are training to tackle the GREEN MONSTER in the Gate River Run!

Be sure to hit this loop at least once a week during your weekly training runs!

Park at the Yates YMCA parking lot and meet us down the hill by the water on the sidewalk!

    What a great way to spend a Saturday morning. It was great to meet others that are preparing for the River Run as well as the MS Mud Run.
