TaeKwonDo, Kickboxing, 5ks, MudRuns, Gate River Run, The Donna (1/2) and just working out at the gym.
I have had some of Tony Horton's stuff from way back when it was on VHS. I have done parts of P90 as well.
I would say beginner since I have been off the workout wagon for a bit.
The plan is 4+

Hi, this sounds like a great way for me to get back on track and active on a regular basis again. I was looking at buying the insanity DVDs and thought this might be a great place to start before doing that. Looking forward to a great workout!
