I have been changing every year to try something new. last year MMA, Jujitsu and moytie. The year before was Krav Maga and a boot camp style cardio. Previous to that was a shotokan karate.
I was trying to do the MMA again but the injury's cause to much down time.
I have been out for three months so I will go with Striver. (use to be a warrior)
Need to get back to 5 days a week

looking for something better than a boring gym. I seem to be more motivated in a group style classes. Really need to get my cardio back!!
