Tried P90X, which was not a good program for me (too many moves where my back can't perform the motion). Haven't done any other programs per say, but have done movements which are derived from some of them.
Tried P90X like I said. I don't see how you can be completely out of shape with no workout experience and go straight to that.

I've been working out with a trainer for about a year now with great results, but it's almost primarily strength training. Now that I'm getting back from an ankle injury, I need to build my cardio endurance substantially. Running alone is boring...
