Junkie! thats me. I prefer to mix it up. I'm a firm beleiver in the muscle confusion theory. Typically I prefer high intensity resistance and cardio training wrapped in to one completely exhausting workout. I attempt to keep my routines basic, simple and none repetative.
I've done P90X a couple of times and loved it. I would love to try some Cross Fit routines, but don't have the room in my house.
I'm not a coach, but yes, I would be interested in learning more.

Received your e-mail and would definitely love to have you come out for some of the H.O.T outings that we will have during the time you're in town. In regards to you joining the group, that's up to you. You can always leave the group when you leave the island but still receive the updates while you're here if you do join. Your call.
