Introduction
My name is Kathy, I am a small town girl from northern Wisconsin. My husband and I moved to Alaska last summer and we love it! I teach high school math in Anchorage and Zumba in Eagle River. I love all things outdoors and I'm quite competitive!
Why would you like to join this group?
I'm new to the area, want to learn more about the Beachbody Programs, need a group to keep me accountable for my workouts, meet new people, and I enjoy a good workout!
What do you currently do workout wise? Are you a beginer or a workout junkie?
I am a Zumba instructor teaching 4-5 classes per week. Even though I wouldn't consider myself a runner any more I enjoy adventure races in the summer.
Have you ever tired any Beachbody workouts? What type of programs would you like to try?
Yes, from the couple of Fit Clubs I've been to. Programs I would like to try are P90X, BodyPUMP, more insanity, more Turbo Fire, who am I kidding, EVERYTHING!
Are you a beachbody coach? Are you interested in learning more about this?
Yes, very new and ready to learn.
