Participants are asked to focus on achieving one health goal over 90 days. Health goals are chosen by the individual. It could be to lose 10lbs, 30lbs, 50lbs, or even 100 lbs, put on muscle, run a marathon, quit smoking, or something like lower your blood pressure or cholesterol with the proper diet.
