I am a Republican Committeeman for Pct. 295 of Pinellas County, Florida, Agenda 21 Ender speaker throughout Florida, Chaplain for Patriots' Ink (527 PAC and member of the Black Robe Regiment. What will it take to bring back the moral, religious fiber constituting our Founding Fathers? It will take men and women to "Right the Right." R: Reformation: We need a spiritual revival of the soul and a political reformation of the mind. I: Integrity: This must rule the day or trust in God and country is not possible. G: Godliness: This is not only a work of faith but also a state of mind. H: Honor: Take an honorable stand, but also make a respectful charge to regain America. T: Truth: Truth can set you free. The truth is that the Founders recognized God as the Source of Liberty and Law. The result is freedom.

(4) WAIVER FOR NATIONAL SECURITY. ?The Secretary of Defense may, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Director of National Intelligence, waive the requirement of paragraph (1) if the Secretary submits to Congress a certification in writing that such a waiver is in the national security interests of the United States.
