BENEFIT FOR:COLE KYLE
Sunday, June 23, 2013
2 - 8 p.m.
Oakwood Manor
2985 Lakeview Road
Lakeview, NY

On Christmas Day 2011, five-month-old Cole Kyle was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex.
This causes infantile spasms and very serious seizures.
The anti-epileptic drugs he takes fail to control his seizures.
Cole currently has 8 tuberous tumors in his brain that cause uncontrollable seizures.
On a typical day he has 7-10 seizures. Boston Children’s Hospital in Massachusetts has a special clinic for
Tuberous Sclerosis. Cole may be a candidate for brain surgery to remove the tumors. He will need to undergo
a full week of specialized testing to determine his eligibility.
We are having a benefit to help defray the medical expenses that are not covered by his family’s insurance.

The benefit will feature a Chinese auction, raffles, live music by Lickitty Split,
food, beer, pop and fun.
We are asking for your support. There are several ways you can help Cole and his family:
1. A Financial Donation. Checks made payable to:
Cole Kyle Benefit, P.O. Box 333, Springville, NY 14141
Donations can also be made at any M&T Bank.

2. Donate a gift basket or gift certificate for our Chinese auction.
3. Donate an item for the Benefit. Food, beverages, door prizes, paper products, etc.

4. Purchase tickets for the event. They are $20 presale and $25 at the door.
(children 12 and under free).

Contact any of the volunteers listed below for donation pick up, tickets or questions:
