Ex: My brother in law got an extra $250. one time this year. Then they raised his diablity to $50. bucks more a month. But wait for this, He doesn't quilify for free Electricity anymore. So they put 50 bucks in one hand and TAKE $150. in the other hand/ So where is he at know it really cost him $100. Know they not say MADE in CHINA but WE are also OWED by CHINA.
