Tax Day Tea Party - Hattiesburg

On April 15, 2010, patriots will gather in D.C. and in cities across the U.S. for Tea Party II, to send a bigger and even louder message to Congress that we have had enough!

As a part of that effort, we are holding a Tea Party here in Hattiesburg and invite those who are not planning to go to Washington to unite with us to make this event even bigger and louder than last year's!

Our cries to our self-serving politicians for the past year have fallen on deaf ears. It's time to let them know that this is an election year and that we are giving all of them pink slips!

Speakers for this event include:
Joe Tegerdine, 4th District Republican Candidate for U.S. Congress
Pastor Richard Phillips - Faith Arena, Laurel - a Christian perspective
Chris Newman - Pending Amnesty Legislation
Dr. Jeffrey Burns - Healthcare mandates
David Dearman - Economic meltdown

We will also have special music presented by the music ministry of Faith Arena in Laurel.

Please make plans to join us for this important event.

Thanks to our speakers for the inspiring and informative messages you delivered, to everyone who helped with setup and manning the booths, for all of you who brought ice chests with water and cold drinks to share and to all who took time out of your day to attend! This was a great event and it is an honor to know all of you great Americans! I love this country!
