SW (Beaverton, etc) Critique Meeting

We are using a read-aloud format. If you wish to have your work critiqued, please bring a short piece or chapter (about 3-5 double-spaced pages) to read out loud to the group. It can be any genre, including non-fiction or poetry.

You don't have to read - you can show up to listen and critique or just listen. We don't have set time limits on critiques - all we ask is that you be mindful of how many readers are reading after you so that everyone gets a chance to read. This is a public venue so please support it by buying something. :)

Please RSVP so we know who is coming and can grab a big enough table to accommodate all of us.

I apologize for not attending. I was in the ER with this stupid sinus flu. If still invited, I would like to attend the next meeting. Thank you

hey all. I know the weather is driving everyone crazy. Just wanted to let you know that as long as Moonstruck is open I will be holding the meeting tomorrow.
I would encourage everyone to consider the roads before they decide to come or not. We would miss you if you didn't come but we would miss you a lot more if something bad happened.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
