What are you interested in learning about yourself?
How to always have access to my peaceful place. It is a real challenge sometimes to tap into it. I have a way of looking very peaceful on the outside and clenching on the inside. Not healthy! Now that I'm aware of that, I'm looking to easefully overcome it!
