For several years, I have been interested in yoga, and find it to be the best way to center myself, breathe and de-stress. I would very much like to become more committed to meditating as well, whether while doing yoga or just on its own.
Reflecting on how you feel on a day to day basis in relation to yourself, your environment, daily events, and, especially, loved ones and friends.
Support and insight regarding meditation and finding balance in life. Also, hopefully, new friends, since I am new to Chicago.

We are working on a community quilt using recycled napkins and sewing and gluing onto the napkins stories about the African American Population in this neighborhood called North Lawndale.
