Greetings,

thanks for your interest in A Deeper Connection. Before you join us, please consider that this is NOT a social meetup group, it is an educational one. I started A Deeper Connection because practicing Tantra set me free and now I want to share this amazing technique with all of you.

Tantra is entirely relevant to the present needs of western civilizations who desire both sensual satisfaction and spiritual liberation. It offers a holistic way of interacting with the universe we inhabit, without denying any of the impulses that drive us. Tantra teaches how we can use creation energy to take control of and transform our consciousness.

This group is about Spirituality, Sexuality, Awakening Kundalini Energy, Self Healing, Communication, Love, Trust and Respect. It doesn't matter what religious beliefs you hold, Tantra doesn't judge. As long as you believe that Divine Energy exists in all of us, the techniques taught here will work for you. 

Tantra Sadhana means "sacred technique". It is a transformational method used to connect you to universal energy.  It's all about getting in touch with your Self. You will learn self fulfillment and non-attachment, leaving you in control of your feelings rather than letting others "make" you sad, mad, or  leave you heart broken...

Tantra is a way of life. Kundalini Energy is dormant at the base of the spine and when it rises the power you receive is tremendous. That being said, people of this day and age are not prepared to handle this Energy and that is why we have to maintain a practice. It gives us the discipline we need in order to control the powerful Kundalini Energy once it's released. This practice which includes regular movement, meditation and breathing practices, mantras, Self examination along with a possible adjustment of diet must be maintained on a regular basis or everything you achieve will be lost. 

The techniques are not difficult but the discipline needed to practice regularly can be challenging. That is why I created this group, if you come to the classes you will find the support you need to achieve your liberation. Plus we always end class using the awesome vibrational healing power of the Gong to help clear away old energies. It's an amazing experience!

Tantra has been around since the beginning of time and is the most unique and amazing gift we have.  It really works, but only if you continually practice. If you are interested in learning more you'll have to participate in the meetups. So, if you are ready to get to know your Self and change the way you exist in the world today then join us. I'm looking forward to sharing this amazing experience with you....
