I like to educate individuals about how you can take simple steps to promoting a pain free life. The purpose of this group is to educate and explain different techniques, exercises and nutrition can relieve your pain and promote a healthier life.

Those of you with chronic pain, low back pain, neck pain, headaches, stress, disc hernaitions, fibromyalgia, weight issues, muscle tension, muscle fatigue, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, osteoporosis, sleep disturbances, sports injury and motor vehicle injury should join this group.
