Hi! This sounds interesting. I suffer from I.B.S.-D, allergies, Lactose Intolerance & arthritis. I am also overweight. I would definitely be interested in help!

What kind of health related problems are you having?

IBS-D Lactose Intolerance fatigue sleeplessness arthritis allergies weight issues etc.

    Hi Linda, it was nice to meet you yesterday. As we were discussing, I'm moving forward with the book club idea. Rather than cross post the details on two meetup groups, I wonder if you would like to join Ladies Time Out group, and join up with the book club there?
